Evolve from Force to Flow
Helping high-performing business owners and executives shift from burnout to breakthrough by addressing all levels: body, mind, emotions and spirit
Guiding You Towards Performance
You make things happen. You hold high standards for yourself, and you create cool shit in the world.
But sometimes, we can get so caught up in striving for outcomes that we lose ourselves in the process. What we once thought would make us happy provides brief satisfaction at best. We sacrifice our, aliveness, leading to breakdowns in health, relationships, productivity, or well-being.
I’ll help you create Peace, Purpose and Prosperity, without sacrificing effectiveness.
And we’ll do it by making you aware of a powerful, yet hidden truth about yourself.
Now, I want to be clear: this isn’t some hippy dippy airy fairy let’s hold hands kind of thing.
This is about seeing through the false self, so you can experience the truth of Who You Really Are, beyond ego-driven striving and seeking.
From there, everything changes.

Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about a coaching session. I didn’t know what value it would bring to me. I have been going through a hard time and didn’t want shallow canned responses that made me feel worse about my current situation. Through Dr. Blums process he really allowed me to look at everything from a new objective perspective. I left the meeting feeling joyful, connected to self and motivated to take risks on myself. To say 1 meeting was life changing seems disingenuous but uet here we are! I recommend sitting and talking with Dr. Blum and seeing how an organic but purposefully led conversation can really change your mindset.
Dr. Blum is great to work with. Get ready to live in the moment and overcome the barriers holding you back from connecting with yourself. I recommend working with Dr. Blum if you need help moving into perspectives you’ve yet to consider. After my first session, even my wife who I’ve been married to for 13 years and known for 20 noticed a shift. And that shift is continuing. I’m grateful for this new chapter that I’m writing and the inspiration I’m taking from each session.
I just can’t really put into words how much Fred has impacted me over the last year. I honestly don’t know how I made it through a day without exploding into a ball of fury. I was constantly allowing, “My day” to be ruined and things were living rent free in my head.
Not anymore. We’ll at least for the most part. Ive still got a lot of growing to do.
I couldn’t possibly recommend working with Fred more.
Do yourself a favor. Do it for you. Call Fred.

Quadrant III: The Evolution of Success
You’ve proven you can win the hard way. Force, hustle, relentless drive. I call that Quadrant 2 (the Achiever) and it got you to where you are.
Quadrant II
Achievers hit goals, climb ladders, and build empires. But they also pay the price: stress, exhaustion, and the quiet realization that no matter how much they achieve, it never feels like enough.
Quadrant III is where all that changes.

Specialized Areas of Transformation

From Burnout to Breakthrough
You built the business. You achieved the goals.
You proved you could make it happen through sheer determination and willpower. But somewhere along the way, the dream got lost in the doing. What once energized you now drains you.
The business that was supposed to give you freedom feels like a prison. You’re successful on paper, but struggling with what I call the four phases of burnout.
Expanding Your Capacity: Creating Inner Space in a a Complex World
The Challenge of Modern Leadership
Today’s leaders face unprecedented complexity. The constant flow of information, competing priorities, and blurred boundaries between work and personal life create a sense of overwhelm that traditional productivity approaches simply don’t address.
The real challenge isn’t managing time or tasks – it’s developing the internal capacity to handle it all
with clarity and presence.
From Force to Flow in Relationships
When Love Feels Like Work
You’ve been trying so hard to make your relationship work. You analyze every conversation, strategize about how to communicate better, and exhaust yourself trying to control outcomes. You read the books, implement the techniques, and push for the connection you crave. Yet despite all your effort, something feels forced. Artificial. Like you’re performing love rather than experiencing it.
Sound familiar? You’ve mastered Quadrant II in relationships
